Lake James is located in North Carolina. We are 1.5 hours from downtown Charlotte and we are 45 minutes from downtown Asheville
We currently have two developments, Old Wildlife Club and 1780. Both are located on Lake James. Our company, Crescent Resources, is a subsidiary of Duke Energy and Morgan Stanley.
Lake James is 6800 acres with 150 miles of shoreline.
Our lots range in size from 1 to 21 acres. Our waterfront prices range from the $400K to over $2 million. Each of our waterfront lots can build their own private boat dock. Our water access lots start at $160K and have their own boat slip, just not located on the actual lot.
These communities are low density and we have a habitate review board that encourages the homes to have a mountain-rustic look. No brick, stucco or vinyl sided homes. Pink stucco has its place, just not on Lake James.
We will pay a 3% referral or Co-Broke fee. Either one works with us
